Recipe Card: The Ultimate Lasagna
For the Bolognese sauce:
3 types of ground meat – I’m using beef/pork/pork sausage
1 cup each – onion/carrot/celery
4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 bottle of red wine
1/4 cup cream
1 lg can crushed tomatoes
1 lg can tomato sauce
Basil, oregano, salt and pepper
For the Lasagna:
Oven ready lasagna noodles, or par cooked regular lasagna noodles
1 lb mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cups ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Chopped parsley
