A truly easy delight of pasta al dente with tasty broccoli, that will blow you away for its goodness above expectations.
Can be ready in around 20 minutes!
Good quality ingredients and attention to the little details is a must – then you can’t go wrong, as it is so easy.
NOTE: if you use regular broccoli (or even cauliflower), account for a bit more cooking time, so put them in the pot with the pasta a bit earlier, so they have at least 7/8 to cook in the water. Then find your preferred grade of softness.
Ingredients I used (for 2/3 people):
280gr Penne
A bunch of tenderstem broccoli (but any broccoli type is fine)
2/3 Anchovies
Garlic
Chilli flakes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
