My buddy Wayne invited me to go reef fishing on his boat in the Upper Keys. Mutton snapper were the target and even though conditions were less than ideal with strong winds and heavy current, we put a great catch together! The following day we clean up the snapper and the “Bean” cooks up a fish dinner Italian style!
