We made Greek Yogurt Parmesan Chicken. This chicken is keto friendly, low carb and remained very flavorful and juicy.
Mix your salt pepper and seasonings together with your chicken to combine. set the chicken aside to make your greek yogurt mix. Mix all your ingredients together to make your Greek Yogurt Parmesan Cheese mix. Taste your sauce to see if it is to your liking if not please add more of whatever additional seasoning you may need. Take chicken and add to a greased baking pan lined with foil or parchment paper. Place all chicken on the baking sheet and top with Greek yogurt mixture. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 mins. Once finished you can place under broiler to brown the top if you like. Please Enjoy!
