A&Z #823 – Atlas vs Ramone’s 16-Scoop “Milk Pail” Ice Cream Challenge w/ slices of fruit pie at Ramone’s Ice Cream Parlor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Hey everybody!! Back in mid-December 2019, as part of my “4th Quarter 2019” Food Challenge Tour, I traveled from Louisville, Kentucky to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, and on the way I stopped in Eau Claire, Wisconsin which is in western Wisconsin. I went to Ramone’s Ice Cream Parlor to help debut their new 16-Scoop “Milk Pail” Ice Cream Challenge which mainly features 16 softball-sized scoops of ice cream chosen from 24 rotating flavor options, topped with 3 big slices of fruit pie along with other normal sundae toppings. I also had to finish a bottle of soda made by Sprecher Brewery. I chose their root beer which was so good! Thanks so much to Blayne and Kayle (the owners) and their Ramone’s staff for the wonderful ice cream and hospitality, and thanks to all the amazing people who came up to watch and meet me that December evening!! We appreciate everyone around Eau Claire and the rest of Wisconsin watching videos and supporting our efforts!! Many more videos upcoming!!

Ramone’s 16-Scoop “Milk Pail” Ice Cream Challenge w/ Fruit Pie in Eau Claire, Wisconsin ($50):
Ramone’s Ice Cream Parlor has been voted #1 best place for dessert in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for 3 years in a row. For their new 16-scoop “Milk Pail” Ice Cream Challenge, challengers have 30 minutes to finish 16 softball-sized scoops of ice cream, chosen from their 24 rotating available options. All the ice cream is scooped into a milk pail and topped with toppings plus pieces of homemade waffle cone. There are also 3 slices of fruit pie of your choosing added on top from a local bakery. Lastly, you must also finish a bottle of soda made by Sprecher Brewery, and there are a few options to choose from. The whole challenge weighs around 6 pounds. You still pay $50 for the challenge whether you win or lose. $20 from each challenge and/or family purchase (to split) gets donated to a charity and winners receive a $50 gift card to use later plus a Ramone’s t-shirt or hat. Winners also get their photo added up on Ramone’s new Wall of Fame!!
