Atlas vs The Nicollet Diner’s Barbarian Pancake Breakfast Challenge at The Nicollet Diner off Nicollet Avenue in central Minneapolis, Minnesota. Hey everybody!! Back in mid-December 2019, as part of my “4th Quarter 2019” Food Challenge Tour, I traveled from Louisville, Kentucky to Eau Claire, Wisconsin for an ice cream challenge, and then to the Minneapolis / St Paul Twin Cities area of Minnesota for more food challenges. For challenge event #3, I went to The Nicollet Diner in central Minneapolis, MN which is right off Nicollet Avenue. For this challenge I had to finish an enormous buttermilk pancake topped with 6 eggs any style, 6 strips of bacon, 4 sausage patties, 2 slices of ham, hash browns, and toast or English muffins. In front of a big and much appreciated crowd, I had 1 hour to finish and win my $36.95 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt to add to my collection. Thanks so much to The Nicollet Diner’s staff for the wonderful food and hospitality, and thanks to all the people who came to watch and meet Magic Mitch and I that December morning and early afternoon!! We appreciate everyone in Minnesota watching our videos!! There is one more video coming up that was filmed in 2019 that I wanted to do so I didn’t end 2019 with a loss.

Nicollet Diner’s Barbarian Pancake Breakfast Challenge ($36.95):
The Nicollet Diner is a 24-hour diner that has been offering this food challenge for many years now. There is an enormous buttermilk pancake topped with 6 eggs any style, 6 strips of bacon, 4 sausage patties, 2 slices of ham, hash browns, and toast (the are other options too including English muffins) for $36.95. If you can finish it all by yourself within the 60 minute or 1 hour time limit, you win the meal free and will receive a sweet t-shirt. Please note that the challenge meal requires a little extra time for preparation.
