Buona Liberazione to the Italians and all the free (minded) people in the world!
On April 25, in Italy we celebrate the day we got rid of the fascist dictatorship and the Nazi invasion, back in 1945, after years of Resistance.
Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce are an all time classic that goes perfectly with the patriotic spirit of this special day 🙂
INGREDIENTS for two:
1 clove of GARLIC
2 tbsp EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
14 oz WHOLE PEELED “San Marzano” TOMATOES (the long ones)
FRESH BASIL
8 oz SPAGHETTI
SALT
ground PEPPER
INGREDIENTI per due persone:
1 spicchio d’AGLIO
15 gr OLIO E.V.O.
400 gr POMODORI PELATI
BASILICO fresco
240 gr SPAGHETTI
