Today on redgtv we’re going to done of my favourite a pasta dishes, I got the idea from a dish I order all the time from Terroni Restaurant in Toronto and it’s called “Pappardelle alla Iosa” It’s consists of homemade spicy sausage, button & oyster mushrooms, peas, parmigiano and extra-virgin olive oil.
