The first web cooking class was made reserved for the customers of the American Tour Operator “DA VINCI CUSTOM TRAVEL & TOURS”. It was held at the Goretti winery in central Italy, Umbria region where the local food was cooked and paired with the Goretti wines.
A specific focus on traditional recipes handed down by “Nonna Marcella” (written in the recipe book, entirely in Italian and translated into 14 languages).
The cooking class propone the gastronomic preparation of the “Torta al Testo” in combination with the selection of 4 Goretti wines: Pinot Grigio IGT, Grechetto DOC, L’Arringatore DOC and also the DOCG Montefalco Sagrantino.
