Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #2 features a Greek Food Feast Challenge w/ Gyros, Meats, Falafel, Veggies, and Yogurt Parfaits!! I visited Greek Belly in downtown Springfield, Missouri near where I live, and ordered two of their delicious and shareable feasts. The Prometheus Feast includes a variety of Greek meats along with lots of pita bread, dipping sauces, and fries. The Artemis Feast includes a variety of Greek vegetarian items such as falafel, veggie stix, more dipping sauces, Greek coleslaw, more pita bread, and more in addition to all that. I’ve been to Greek Belly a few times before, and love their authentic gyros, so I also ordered a chicken gyro and pork gyro. I had never tried their popular Greek yogurt parfaits before, and since I ordered 2 feasts and 2 gyros, I might as well order 2 different desserts. Everything I ordered was so delicious, and big thanks to John the owner and his team for getting dinner taken care of for me. Dinner was served, and it tasted amazing!! John imports a lot of his ingredients from Greece which is great!! Episode #3 coming up next will feature an American sports bar food challenge, so stay tuned!!

These are the 2 shareable feasts and 2 gyros that I ordered:
Prometheus Feast – 2 loukaniko (sausage), 2 beefteki (also spelled bifteki which is an herb and cheese stuffed ground beef patty), 2 skewers (chicken), fries, pita bread, Tzatziki, and Drunken Greek Hot Sauce.
Artemis Feast (vegetarian) – 2 falafel, 2 veggie stix, 1 spanakopita (spinach and cheese pastry), 1 tiropita (cheese pastry), Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip), hummus, Greek coleslaw, and more pita bread ($28.95).
I also got 1 pork gyro and 1 chicken gyro, each with Tzatziki sauce, fries, tomatoes, and onions.
These are the 2 dessert Greek yogurt parfaits that I ordered:
Black Cherry Parfait – granola, Greek yogurt, and Greek black sour cherries.
Banoffee Parfait – granola, Greek yogurt, dulce de leche, sliced bananas, and whipped cream.
(Greek Belly also kindly added in a delicious piece of Baklava!!)
