Three of Regent Seven Seas signature restaurants will make up part of the vast dining experiences on offer aboard Seven Seas Splendor.
Compass Rose is the company’s flagship restaurant, and the decor will feature rich woods, light marble and mother of pearl, and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring Continental cuisine. La Veranda, open for breakfast and lunch, will offer regional specialities reflecting the countries visited and feature a pizzeria and an open-air veranda for al fresco dining, which will transform at night to Sette Mari at La Veranda, with candlelit tables under the stars and traditional Italian food. At Prime 7, another Seven Seas favourite, the emphasis will be on sophistication and choice cuts of steak.
Pacific Rim
Celebrating the culinary traditions of Asia, Pacific Rim delights guests with the perfect balance of delicious flavours and Zen-like ambiance. The interior glows with muted lighting that illuminates intricate architectural details. During dinner, guests are treated to incredible ocean views through windows designed in an abstract lotus shape, a universal Asian motif. To complement the stunning décor, Pacific Rim’s chefs created a delectable menu of Pan-Asian creations with dishes such as grilled Korean barbecue lamb chops, wok-fried beans, eryngii mushroom and gochujang dressing
Chartreuse
Featuring a classic French menu with a modern twist, Chartreuse evokes memories of a chic Parisian fine dining restaurant discovered during an evening stroll. Wherever you are seated in this regal restaurant, you will be treated to a succulent dinner while enjoying incredible ocean views. The restaurant ambiance is complemented by a menu that features dishes expertly prepared using both classic and modern techniques for a multiple course celebration of French gastronomy.

Live music will feature in the Observation, Explorer and Latitudes lounges, while the Constellation Theatre, with its inviting cabaret-style seats and ambience will host daily performances.
