About 100 people in Singapore were caught not wearing masks, while more than 150 face fines for dining in at F&B outlets, loitering in public and not complying with safe distancing measures on Apr 17. This was shared by Environment and Water Resources Minister Masagos Zulkifli on his Facebook page.
