Multnomah County has spent $163,000 on food in the first three weeks of emergency shelters being open, with the program expected to continue until at least June. Local restaurants have teamed up to prep the necessary food. Nina Mehlhaf caught up with the nonprofit restaurant Stone Soup to learn about their involvement.
