N.B – The 5L mix sugar measurement should say 1150g. 730g is when I have deducted the sugar content of the juice I used.
With it being impossible to get alcohol out here on lockdown in the desert, I decided to make my own! This is easy homemade wine, with 3 ways to make an airlock using household items. The resulting strength should be around 10-13% ABV
