few tips: For a 1lb of pasta, use two eggs. If you enjoy sauce, add an extra egg. In my video, I used 2 eggs and it was too saucy for me. I also had less than a lb of pasta, smh.
Oil is used after Pasta is cooked to keep pasta from sticking
