Take a vessel
Add 6 table spoon oil
Add ½ cup Coriander
1 cup chopped baby corn
1 cup chopped capsicum
Let it cook for 5 minutes
Add 3 cups rice
2 table spoon piri piri masala
2 table spoon red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Mix well

For gravy
Take 1 table spoon ghee or butter
Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 table spoon powdered oats
Roast it
Add 250 ml milk
Let it cook for 2 minutes
Add 1 table spoon oregano
2 cubes shredded cheese
Salt as per taste
Let it come to boil
Gravy is ready
Serve hot with rice
