Is it Safe to Order Food Delivery & Takeout?
During this breakout of the novel coronavirus, in-house dining is discouraged. But many restaurants are offering delivery and takeout service. Is it safe?
I asked a food safety expert – Dr. Benjamin Chapman – along with a bunch of other related questions. This is the first excerpt from my interview with Dr. Chapman on March 20, 2020.
