180g pasta spaghetti
1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
30g finely grated Parmigiano
100g finely grated Pecorino

Preparation
– bring 3/4 water to a boil cook spaghetti al dente
– meanwhile, melt in a bowl Parmigiano , Pecorino and black pepper using 1/2 cup reserved pasta water and add some cold to be warm
– when spaghetti are cooked transfer in the bowl adding cheese creamy and serve
