***TIPS***

1. Before adding the vegetables to the egg mixture, LET THEM COOL! Otherwise, you’ll start cooking your frittata before it goes in the oven!
2. You can add or swap any ingredient you like in this frittata recipe. However, remember, ricotta cheese will help your frittata grow in the oven and give you that lovely, soft, cloud texture that we’re looking for!
