Ingredients:
4 pc Bread
1 tbsp Self raising floor (Maida)
1 Cup Milk
4 tsp Corn
2 tsp Mozarella cheese
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Method:
Take the bread and cut the sides of the bread. Roll it thin with a rolling pin. Keep aside. Take one pan and put butter and add maida( self raising flour) .Stir it on a low flame till it becomes little brown in colour. Add milk slowly. when it starts thickening add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and oregano . Cool it. Now spred the batter on a corner of bread and roll it. Brush it with butter and bake in a preheated oven for 15 mnts or till it becomes brown.
serve it with green chutney..
Another stuffing :
INGREDIENT:
1 pc Carrot grated
4 tsp Cheese Mozarella
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Method:
Mix grated carrot, cheese, salt, pepper n oregano. Now keep the batter on a thinly rolled bread & roll it.Brush it with butter. Bake it in preheated oven for 15 minutes or till it becomes brown.
