Sushi is Japan’s most famous culinary representative, typically made with rice and fillings which have been rolled inside a sheet of dry seaweed.
Nowadays, sushi is fast becoming the global convenience food of choice. There are so many variations of sushi has been introduced all over the world and some are made adapted to thier local taste. Today i’m going to show you another style of sushi creation. Made with combination of sliced cucumber,pickled radish,deep fried prawns and cheese.
I call this “Italian Maki”! If you love sushi i would recomend you try this recipe. kids really loved it!
