We present Cucina del Capitano, one of our favorite meals aboard select Carvival Cruise Ships! For just $15 per person, you get a three course Italian meal at sea, which in our opinion is a terrific bargain. The portions are generous and the service was outstanding. We started out with house made bread, arancini and calamari. We followed that with our main course of Chicken Parmigiana and the house special, Trofi E Verde-Mare Maria (ship specific to the Panorama). We wrapped up with desserts, the Biscotti Al Cioccolato con sale Marino Caffe Gelato and Agrumi Torta Al Miele e Polenta Sorbetto di Limone. The meal was fantastic and we hope you enjoy the video as much as we did making it…. and eating it of course!
Side note Jay’s white tuxedo came away without a stain. However we did have a slight earring issue (just watch til the end).
