Just because the Apocalypse is upon us doesn’t mean that you can’t eat good! Enjoy this Apocalyptic Spaghetti! It’s delicious.

1 cup Italian Red Wine (Chianti -best- or other dry wine)
2 15 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
2 6 oz Cans Tomato Paste
1 15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes

1 whole onion
2 whole Garlic Bulb
3 TBS Italian Seasoning
[ OR
2 tsp basil
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp marjoram
2 tsp sage ]
3 TBS Oregano

2 or 3 TBS Truvia, Splenda, or Sugar (to taste)

Option; 1 lb Ground beef or turkey, browned in separate pan.

16 oz Berelli Veggie pasta (Spaghetti) or your preferred pasta

First I mince the Onion and Garlic fine (My Ninja or a food processor works well for this)
Reduce the Red wine with Onion and Garlic mixed in for 15 minutes on low
Add in all of the spices and mix well with the wine.
Add 2 cans Tomato sauce and 2 cans Tomato Paste, mix thoroughly bring to simmer
Add in the Truvia to taste
Option; after 30 minutes add in browned ground meat.
add in the 1 can of diced tomatoes.
Allow to simmer
Boil the pasta 2 minutes less than recommended time and drain.
Add the pasta to Sauce and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve with Parmesan Cheese or grated Romano topping.
