Wheat Sandwich Bread You Will Love│INSTANT POT DOUGH│Easy LOCK-DOWN Recipe

We are all doing our best to stay home unless we absolutely have to go out. When we do go out to the grocery store some things are hard to find – including sandwich bread. Today we are making a delicious wheat bread that is so flavorful and has the best texture! You are not going to believe how easy this is to make. I am using both honey and sugar. INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups Bread Flour (substitute all purpose flour)
3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 ½ teaspoon Pink Salt
2 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
1 tablespoon Cane Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey (substitute agave nectar)
½ cup Dry Milk Powder
2 ½ cups Warm Water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large mixer bowl combine water, yeast, sugar and honey, stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. With a dough hook, mix dough until smooth in a stand mixer. You may need to scrape the sides down and add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
2. If using an INSTANT POT for proofing, spray liner with avocado spray. Place dough inside and spray the top with oil spray. Cover and set to yogurt setting (107F) for 30 minutes. Alternatively, place dough in a large bowl sprayed with cooking spray, cover with cling wrap and place in a warm area (inside the oven turned off, or the microwave). Let rise for 2-3 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Remove dough from the bowl and place on a lightly floured cutting board. Punch dough down. Add to the loaf pan, cover with a dish cloth and let rest for 10 minutes. Remove towel and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack until cooled completely.
