Ingrediens for the Tiramisù:
300g boiled coffee ( + a bit sugar if you will )
2 teaspoon of traditional Marsala or we used Rum
500g mascarpone
4 egg
100g sugar ( for lower sweet use just 50g in the egg white )
1 pack Savoiardi/ lady’s finger ( we used baked pastry case )
pure cocoa
Than take the Tiramisù for 3 hours in the fridge
