My Cogne MTB tour Italy takes place in Aosta Valley, which is bordered by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France to the west, Valais, Switzerland to the north and by the Metropolitan City of Turin in the region of Piedmont, Italy, to the south and east. It is also very close to the high society’s famous ski resort Courmayeur. This time with my mountain bike I have been in Cogne in Aosta Valley. I had a wonderful MTB ride on the mountains and Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso. Because of April it was cold but i love the ride. Besides MTB ride, Cogne gives you a very good variety of food and wine options. You can find very good regional food and wine options. By the way don’t forget to bring your appropriate clothes for season.
