increasing quality levels: Chianti, Chianti Superiore, Chianti
Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva.
The Riserva needs to be made out of Sangiovese for at least 80% and needs to age at least 2 years.
I will explain Chiantis and taste 2 top notch 2013 and 2
excellent 2015, all four will be Chianti Classicos or better. And all
of them are under $30!!!!!!
Both, 2013 and 2015, were top years in the Chianti region of Tuscany.
