Italian Style Onion Cheese Paratha | Cheese Overloaded Onion Paratha [Lays cream and onion ka mazza ]
ingredients :
wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
cheese 50grams
onion 1 medium size finely chopped dried oregano 1 tbsp
chat masala 1/4 tbsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tspn
salt a pinch
ghee 1/4 tbsp
butter to cook the paratha
method :
Knee the dough as you regularly knee dough for Paratha 15 minutes before you make paratha
add salt and oil while you knee it and let it rest for 15 minutes after 15 minutes take a medium size ball from the dough roll it as you roll for the Stuffed Paratha now grease some ghee on the upper surface of it
now add some grated cheese as per your requirement and you can increase or decrease the amount of cheese
now add the spices first we will add the black pepper powder then we add the chat masala then add dried oregano followed by Pinch of salt add finely chopped onion close the paratha as you close the momos or any Stuffed Paratha by making plates with the outer side of the rolled paratha
now safely secure the ends of paratha and press it put some dry flower and roll it to make a paratha
now heat a Tawa on medium flame place the rolled paratha keep the flame on medium while you place paratha
now cook paratha from both sides without adding any cooking medium that is ghee butter or can be oil
now flip it and add some butter on the cooked side of paratha now flip the paratha again and cook from the side where you place the butter
keep rolling and moving the paratha while you are cooking so that it can cook properly from the edges as it is cooking from the middle part of the paratha
flip the other side and place some butter there also and cooked from this side also make the paratha golden brown from both sides that’s how you can make a good paratha now dish out the paratha you can also look at the second type of rolling the paratha that is making a pocket style paratha where you can easily make a Stuffed Paratha if you have a problem with Stuffed Paratha making with potli style or traditional style you can also try this.
