When Colonel John Pompilio opened the restaurant we now know as Pompilio in 1933.
He did so for the sole purpose of providing a space for friends and families to connect with each other around a authentic Italian cooking.
Almost 90 years later, our recipes and values remain the same as we continue to make the Pompilio vision a reality!
