Making fresh pasta from scratch is so easy even a four year old can do it. I’m six and I’ve been doing it for about two years now.
Follow along to learn how you can make fresh pasta anytime, anywhere. Which for me was during lockdown, in our back yard. While you’re in lockdown, in quarantine, or even if you’re not, you can use this video to cook with your kids a tasy dish they’ll definitely eat.
The ingredients are simple:
* one egg per person
* double the mass of the eggs in plain flour (though you can swapsome of the plain flour for semolina flour)
* a touch of salt.
You don’t need a pasta machine to make pasta. You can make do with a rolling pin and a knife!
