Recipe below:
A bunch of swiss chard (silverbeet) – about 6 or 8 big leaves
3 tomatoes
6 italian sausages
1 big onion
6 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup of parmesan
Any pasta you like to go with the mixture – I am using angel hair pasta
