Deer in the Japanese city of Nara have began leaving parks to look for food in footage shot on Saturday.
Footage shows the deer exploring empty Nara streets and interacting with a few locals.
As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, tourism has plummeted in the area leaving deer and other animals at risk of starvation.
