Italian cooking is so easy because they are very simply. I checked the freezer and saw the clams I had bought last week; I checked the pantry and saw the capellini. The result is this pasta dish. The perks of living near coastal barangays us that we can get fresh seafood daily. Since we don’t eat seafood every day, I stored the cooked the clams and stored them in the freezer.

My husband and kids loved it.
