Ciao! Today let’s speak about a red wine from the Veneto region, produced by Bixio winemaker who started to make wine at the end of the 19th century. This a Bordeaux blend, 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from the area between Verona and Vicenza. The wine has a second fermentation on the pomace of the Arcole wine, that comes from the same grapes variety. This gives to the original wine more body, more alcohol and aromas. It’s perfect for babecue and grilled meat.
