I got through the Italian wine chapter today. It was a lot of material but it seemed to follow a similar pattern to French wines in terms of appellation laws (D.O.C.) and that made it easier to understand quality when looking at what was grown/produced in each region. I’m hoping that Spanish wine is similar.
So far, I’m feeling a little less nervous…until I remember all the stuff I haven’t actually studied yet. Then I feel like I’m screwed still. I guess the only cure for that is to continue to plug away at it…
