3 tbs butter separated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz mushrooms sliced
Creamy whiskey sauce:
1 tbs flour
1/3 cup Irish whiskey
2/3 cup beef broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt to taste
