Prep time 10 minutes, Cook Time ½ hour, Serves 4-6
Meatballs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 lbs. ground beef
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 tbsp Mince Garlic
1 Egg
1/3 Cup milk
1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
2– TBSP Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Spray
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a sheet tray with cooking spray.
Combine all the above ingredients and mix well.
Roll meat mixture into 2-ounce balls.
Place meatballs on sheet tray one inch apart.
Bake 15 minutes
Marinara Sauce
2-15oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1-6 oz can Tomato Paste
1/3 cup Salsa
1 -tsp Garlic Powder
1 – tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
Add meatballs and Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
