Welcome to International Night, where we cook a famous international dish to get into the spirit of travel while staying home. In this episode we are celebrating Morocco, one of the top food destinations in the world. We are making Morocco’s national dish of couscous and vegetable tagine, along with mint tea. We pair the meal with a classic movie filmed in Marrakech, “The Man Who Knew Too Much” directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
