In this video, I show you to to make these SUPER EASY no knead bread rolls! Prep the dough the night before and leave in the fridge. Beginner baker friendly. Can also be made with all purpose GLUTEN FREE flour. Not sure about almond flour, but if you try it let me know in the comments how they turned out.

650 g flour (5 cups)
600 g water (2 2/3 cups)
11 g salt (2 tsp)
3 g yeast (1 1/4 tsp)
75 g add-I s (1 cup) : these add-ins are optional

Mix all ingredients the night before (mix up dry ingredients first, then add optimal add-ins, then mix in water last). . Leave in fridge overnight. Scoop out onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake in 450 degrees preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
