A syn free lunch recipe on #slimmingworld. Ingredients are:-
Pre heat fan oven on 200g. I cooked this for 30 minutes. I used a gluten free lentil pasta but any will be ok.
100g dried weight red lentil penne pasta, free on sw
90g 50% reduced fat chesses (40g is your 2nd HexA)
eggs. I used 5 but i think 6 medium eggs would be better, free & protein
1 tub of Asda fat free Quark, free on sw plan
2 red peppers, speed.
1 red onion, speed.
salt & pepper
1 heaped tsp dried mixed herds.
