As a part of 791 114 Wine and Beverage Knowledge and in order to gain knowledge in the alcoholic beverage such as Mexican spirit, Italian liqueur, this report is about Tequila, Cynar, and Mexican Alcoholic Drinks. Tequila is a one famous Mexican distilled spirit made from the blue agave plant. The liquor can only be produced in designated areas of Mexico. There are five types of tequila. Tequila is very popular in Mexico, and in worldwide country. Cynar is an Italian bittersweet liqueur and infusion of 13 herbs and plants. The liqueur became popular in Italy during the early 1960s on the Italian television advertising show Carosello. In Mexico, there are many popular alcoholic drinks such as Corona beer, Bohemia beer, Tequila, Bacanora, Raicilla, and Sotol.
In this project we have included histories of tequila and cynar, type of tequila, productions of tequila and cynar, how to drink tequila and cynar, cocktail recipes of tequila and cynar, price & volume of tequila and cynar, history about Mexican beer, wine, and spirit, Mexican popular drinks, and references.
Doing this report helped me and others to enhance the knowledge of Tequila, Cynar, and Mexican Alcoholic Drinks.
