WHAT’S IN THERE?

300g of turkey 🦃
1 full lemon and its skin 🍋
Chives and its flower 🌺
20 sage leaves 🌿
a bit of Butter
Flour.
COOKING STEPS 📶
Prepare all the herbs, the lemon juice 🍋 and skin. Punch your turkey breasts until they flatten and pass it in a bowl full of flour. Add butter in a warm pan 🍳 , melt it, add sage, chives and then add the turkey.
Cook it properly both sides meanwhile adding the lemon juice in the pan (be careful).
Put it in a plate and add the lemon skin 🍋 and the chives flower! Eat with pleasure.
