U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a major disaster declaration for Wyoming due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This means for the first time in history, there is now such a declaration within all 50 states at once. The U.S. now has reported over 500,000 infected cases, about a third of the global total. In New York, authorities describe the situation as stabilizing, but there have been no signals to lift some containment measures yet. Toby Muse reports.
