Ingredients:

300 gr Veal Meat
4 slices Parma ham
4 pieces fresh sage
1/2 glass of dry white wine
Flower 00
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Add the ham and the sage together with the meat and stop them with a toothpick.
Emerge in the flour only on one side, heat the pan very well with evo olive oil and keep it on high heat,add the meat to the pan on the flour side and cook for 2/3 minute only from one side, add the white wine and leave evaporate, add half glass of water and turn down the heat to minimum and cook for 10 minute.
In a glass with little water mix one small spoon the flour and add to the pan to make it creamy and leave to cook for tow minutes.
