How to make an Americano
This classic Italian cocktail is the ideal aperitif or aperitivo. Bitter notes sweetened by the vermouth and topped up with soda water, the power of three.

Ingredients:
– 45ml (1.5oz) Campari
– 45ml (1.5oz) Sweet Vermouth
– Top up with Soda Water
How to make (Method):
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice
2. Add both the Campari & Sweet Vermouth
3. Top up with soda and stir
4. Garnish with a orange peel
Stay at home and save the NHS.
Remember to stay inside and stay safe during these difficult and extraordinary times and check up on family and friends so they don’t feel isolated.
