On October 25, 1995, around 40 pasta producers from across the globe took part in World Pasta Congress in Rome. And from then onwards, World Pasta Day is celebrated around the globe on October 25 every year. On this day, foodies can come together and taste as well as exchange their favourite pasta dishes. There are more than 600 types of pasta with different names as per their shapes.
