In this video, I see how two very different Sparkling Wines can effect the same Cocktail.

I created a simple cucumber cocktail, nothing too complicated, I wanted the cocktail to express itself but not overpower the Sparkling Wine.

I used a bottle of Valentino Butussi Ribolla Gialla & Vipava 1894 Theodosius, both award winning Sparkling Wines from the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2019.
