Ingredients
All purpose flour : 167 gm
Olive oil: 17 gm
Instant yeast: 2 gm
Salt: 3 gm
Water: 120 gm
Rosemary : 1tsp
Thyme: 1tsp
Garlic cloves: 3-4 chopped

Activate yeast with some lukewarm water, Take water from 120 gm.

Preheat oven @200.c for 10 min
Bake @200.c for 40 minutes
