Here we meet the team from Eatalio on Queens Road in Brighton as they introduce us to this popular Italian Street Food dish and give us an insight as to how it is prepared fresh in front of you.
Eatalio represents a new genre of cuisine to Brighton and is the first venue of this type to offer authentic Italian Street Food.
