This might be the easiest bread recipe ever. No-Knead Bread requires four ingredients and some patience to create some of the best homemade bread ever.
And don’t worry about “I can’t do this, it won’t come out right.” You’ll see my bread doesn’t come out quite right, but man is it delicious and it made some amazing sandwiches.

Growing up in an Italian-American household, the kitchen was the heart of Walter’s upbringing. He spent more time in that kitchen than most families spend in their living rooms. At 8 years old he cooked a pork roast for the family. That started his lifelong love affair with all things food and culinary.
Today, the pair love to travel, cruise, eat and cook. The “holy trinity” of living. Walter’s been writing reviews and sharing recipes on various sites for years so we figured it was time to bring it all together on a very fun and casual channel. At least that’s the idea.
